2010 Cheer Registration/Football season

Registration is open for those girl's enrolled or enrolling in grades K-6th!
Registration cost: $80.00 (plus, $5.00 processing fee)
Uniform sizes are as follows: YS YM YL AS AM AL AXL
2nd Annual Cheer Bash/Clinic 2010 will be held at Speed Athletics on Friday, August 6 5:30-7:30pm Cost of Event: $20(activities will include cheerleading techniques and skills, inflatable fun, an obstacle course, food & drinks....and much more-Come join the fun!)

Parent's Meeting: August 2nd 5-6pm, Oak Trace Elementary Cafeteria
Coach/Asst. Coaches Meeting: August 3rd 5-6pm, OTES Cafeteria
(both meetings will be held at Oak Trace Elementary School in the cafeteria-refreshments will be served)

Clinics will be held on (Cheer Bash) Aug. 6, 5:30-7:30pm at Speed Athletics, which is located at 733 E. Main Street, across the street from Big Hoffa's BBQ, and behind Domino's Pizza in Westfield.
Cheer practices will be held on Mondays & Tuesdays from 5:30-7:30pm, beginning Monday, Aug. 16 at Freedom Trails Park
Note: Coaches will be given the opportunity to get aquainted and discuss which day will be more beneficial with regards to their individual squad and their parent's needs. I will do my best to grant your squads requests.
Youth Night: September 10, 2010 Westfield High School Varsity Field (time TBD)
Cheer Pictures: September 11, 2010 (location and times TBD)
Football/Cheer Games: Saturday's and an occassional Wednesday, beginning August 28, 2010-your child's squad will cheer for the same team throughout the season.
Trophies/Awards: All trophies this season will be based on how far the squad/team continues up to the Championship. Awards are set upon fundraising goals, and are attendance, and merit based.
End-of-Season Ceremony: This year's ceremony will be held on Friday, October 15, 7-9pm at Oak Trace Elementary School Cafeteria/Multipurpose Room
Help their season shine! We are presently looking for volunteers that can contribute some of their time this season to our cheer program. Volunteering gives you a great opportunity to meet other parents and enjoy yourself while contributing to the squad and/or events, but most importantly, to our daughter's successes this cheer season!
