A Few Questions Answered 

Volleyball season is quickly approaching!  We've extended the registration cut-off date to allow the older girls to see how WMS team tryouts go.  Once we get all the girls evaluated and placed on a team the coaches will then be contacting you to let you know your exact day/time/location for practice each week.  Evaluations are August 11th from 6-8pm in the Shamrock Springs Elementary School gym.  These are NOT tryouts.  They are only to assess the skill level of each girl so that teams can be evenly matched.  We want to make sure everyone has a great time and improves their volleyball skills.  During the season practices will be held on Mon, Tues, or Thurs. from either 5:30-7:00pm or 7:00-8:30pm.  Games will be on Wed. or Thurs. depending on the team.  So, for example, if you practice on Thurs., you're games will be on Wed.  Please drop me an email if you are trying to work around another sport's schedule.  I will do my best to ensure that there are minimal conflicts.  For further questions, contact the Volleyball Commissioner, Nannette Rader, at nannetterader@gmail.com.
