January 3rd          Online Softball Registrations Begin

March 4th              Online Softball Registrations End

March 7th-11th    8U/10U/12U Evaluation Week (Mandatory)

March 21st            Softball Practices Begin

April 16th              First Pitching Practice Sunday 

April 23rd              Opening Day for Softball Games - Instructional/8U/10U/12U

May 21st               All Star Tryouts (8U, 10U, 12U) All stars will play tournaments in June and July

June 6th-12th      WYSI In House Tournaments - 8U/10U/12U

June 12th              Last Games for Instructional League 

June 13th-18th    County Tournaments - 8U/10U/12U (Actual game dates will be determined by Host Site)

June 20th-25th    County Tournaments - 8U/10U/12U (Actual game dates will be determined by Host Site)

END OF IN HOUSE SEASON - Plan your vacation after these dates!

All Star Teams will continue to play in tournaments through June and July.

 WYSI Sponsors 4 Softball Leagues:

12U is open to girls ages 11 & 12.  This is a competitive, open participation league.  Emphasis is on further skill development, sportsmanship, knowledge of the game, and having fun.  Our goal is to start preparing for high school level softball.  This is a competitive, open participation league. 

10U is a league for girls ages 9 & 10.  Players take over pitching duties in this league.  Emphasis is on further skill development, sportsmanship, knowledge of the game, and having fun.  This is a competitive, open participation league.

8U is a league for girls ages 7 & 8.  Players receive equal playing time, with the emphasis on learning the game, sportsmanship, proper skill development, and having fun.  This is a competitive, open participation league.

Instructional is an in-house tee ball / coach pitch league for 4, 5 & 6 year olds. Playeers will have an opportunity to hit a coach's pitch and then hit off a tee as needed.  Emphasis is on learning the game, sportsmanship, and having fun.  Parents are encouraged to participate.
