DIVISIONS

U8 (9/1/2011 - 8/31/2013)
is an in-house recreational league. Full lacrosse equipment is needed, and is not provided by WYSI. 

U10 (DOB 9/1/2009 - 8/31/2011)
is a travel league program. Players will be instructed on the fundamentals of lacrosse for their age group and will play in games against nearby schools. Prior lacrosse experience is not necessary to participate. In March, practice is typically two nights a week. During the season, expect some combination of practice/games two to three times a week. The practice/game schedule depends on coaching availability and schedule. Full lacrosse equipment is needed, and is not provided by WYSI. To play in games, each player must have a valid US Lacrosse ID. 

U12 (DOB 9/1/2007 - 8/31/2009)
is a travel league program. Players will be instructed on the fundamentals of lacrosse for their age group and will play in games against nearby schools. Prior lacrosse experience is not necessary. U14 (DOB 9/1/2005 - 8/31/2007)

Equipment

The registration fee includes a custom-designed, reversible jersey, field time, referee fees, IYLA tournament fees, practice and game balls, and goals.

Full lacrosse equipment is needed, and is not provided by WYSI. The following equipment is needed to participate at the U10-U14 levels:
  Helmet
  Chest protector
  Gloves and Elbow pads
  Mouth guard
  Protective Cup
  Lacrosse Stick
  Cleats/lacrosse shoes (optional)
  Water bottle
